Duties include but are not limited to:
data entry, running various reports, invoicing and billing, establishing relationships with vendors and customers.
Ownership of inventory processes from purchasing to production in the system.
Applicants must have good computer skills, knowledge of QuickBooks and a willingness to adopt existing company policies.
Software Requirements:
Extensive QB experience Entering PO's Receiving inventory (item receipts, bills) Entering Prepaid inventory deposits Entering vendor bills Running A/R Running bi-weekly vendor billpay Excel Schedule In office Monday-Friday Salary $55,000 to $65,000 depending on experience Job Type:
