2781 Description CherryRoad Media - Newspaper Office Coordinator CherryRoad Media is seeking to hire an Office Coordinator to work part time at our Glen Rose Reporter newspaper.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the team.
This position will be responsible for addressing phone calls, supporting clients in-person, and overall newspaper office management duties.
Responsibilities Include:
Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary Act as frontline contact for the newspaper:
greet visitors, and answer and direct phone calls Maintain and manage all bookkeeping tasks including but not limited to o Depositing checks and cash, o Responsible for all financial transactions, including billing and invoicing Responsible for the maintenance of the newspapers Circulation task o Handle all customer calls including new subscriptions and renewals, respond to questions and complaints, o Inform customers of newspaper availability schedule each week Required Knowledge:
